Quality of MPC products is checked at factory laboratory and also outside control units regularly check our products e.g. KIWA, SKZ, IMA Dresden, IIP, AENOR, CSTB.

In order to maintain and improve the quality of our products and for increasing satisfaction of our customers MPC entered and maintains Quality Management System in accordance with quality standard PN-EN ISO 9001:2015.
Professional quality control laboratory at MPC factory, checking the quality starting from entering control of raw materials, through semi-finished products till finished products control. Based on law regulations and internal procedures connected with quality control the laboratory conduct researches listed below:

• Melt flow index (ISO 1133),
• Determination of the water content (DVGW W 542),
• Determination of the gel content (ISO 10147),
• Longitudinal Reversion (ISO 2505),
• Pressure tests (ISO 1167),
• Adhesion strength (DVGW W 542),
• Thermal adhesion, thermal stability, expander and other.
